The stroller icon,i don't know what is it for.But the wheelchair,it has something to do with disabled people access,in buses (i think the icon is turned on when the wheelchair platform is in function).Since Scania buses and trucks share the same dashboard,the wheelchair Next to the symbol for cruise control (it's that round speedometer-like shaped symbol with the arrow on the top right) you should see the speed it is set to.
